When do I put on ihram?
In a group flying to Jeddah the miqat is passed in the air; ihram is put on at the airport in Turkey, and the intention is completed at the moment the teacher names. Those who land in Madinah put it on at the hotel or the miqat before the Makkah transfer. Detail in the ihram article.
Is there a fixed season for Umrah?
Outside the narrow stretch of Arafah and Eid al-Adha, Umrah is performed in periods when visas are issued. In the Hajj months, ask the teacher so that Umrah and Hajj intention do not mix. Places may not be open every month.
What is in the package?
It varies by step. The spine: seminar, flight, hotel, breakfast and dinner (half board), transfer, guidance, mandatory insurance. A gift bag, an extra Umrah, headsets, a named airline — do not take these as the universal truth of every package; they are asked item by item on the telephone.
Do you do boutique or corporate Umrah?
We listen to a request for dates. Not every private date flies every season; headcount, hotel and visa must sit at once. A corporate group needs an early conversation.
Umrah by land?
Our organisation is an air group. We do not run a road route.
