Visiting the Rawdah and Nusuk

Entry to the green carpet is, in most seasons, by appointment. We do not promise a slot; manners and the teacher’s direction are enough.

What is the Rawdah?

The Rawdah is the blessed stretch between the pulpit of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his grave. A hadith names it a garden among the gardens of Paradise. It is one of the dearest stops of the days in Madinah; haste and elbows are not part of the worship.

Women and men are admitted on separate lines and hours. Because of crowding, the green-carpet area in most seasons asks for an appointment.

Nusuk

Official visit appointments have, in recent years, run through the Nusuk app. Interface, quotas and time bands refresh often. That is why we do not write a screen-by-screen “press this button” guide; it would be a false trust. The teacher’s instruction for that week, in the seminar and in Madinah, is what counts.

Passport details, a phone number and the app account are checked calmly before you travel. The group tries to look together at a slot that exists. The green carpet may not open for every guest every day. That is not a company failing; it is a fact of capacity. One who cannot enter the Rawdah offers greeting from a suitable place in the mosque; virtue is not counted finished.

Keep away from fake “appointment sellers” and queue brokers. The trust is the official channel and the teacher.

Manners

A short supplication, salawat, standing without stepping on another’s back. If photographs and livestreams are forbidden, that is followed. Tears are natural; sung slogans are not.

Prayer in the Prophet’s Mosque outside the Rawdah is already the origin. Hotel distance makes those prayers easier; ask about it when you choose a package.
