Four steps, one intention
At Surre, Umrah packages stand as economy, silver, gold and platinum. The intention is the same in all of them: ihram, tawaf, sa’y, a trusted group. What parts is the dose of comfort and the time it takes to walk to the Haram.
A comparison by price index alone does not tell you whether you could get the same service elsewhere in the same class. Hotel distance to the Haram, room type (double, triple, quad), ease of going out for night tawaf and the size of the group should be spoken before price.
Who sits where?
- Economy. Keeps comfort modest so worship has room. A hotel with transfers, half board, guidance. It suits a guest who will walk and wants a simple budget.
- Silver. Steps distance and room space up one level. First Umrah, middle age, those who say “a little closer”.
- Gold. Proximity to the Haram and the rhythm of the programme come forward. Those who wish to make night prayer and tawaf a habit.
- Platinum. Walking distance and a quieter, smaller group. Elderly parents, those who want less motion.
Hajj is a separate organisation; it is not written “like Hajj” on top of Umrah packages.
What is included, what is assumed
Flights, airport transfers, hotel, half board, guidance and mandatory travel insurance are the spine of the packages. Visa, taxes, a private room and VIP transfer are discussed by season. We do not glue the phrase “all-inclusive holiday” onto Umrah.
If you want a boutique or corporate date, we open that on the telephone too; not every private date flies every season.
