Documents needed for Hajj

Passport, photographs, vaccination and agency registration — the list changes by year. We lock the exact items by phone.

The spirit of the list

Hajj paperwork adds a further layer of formality to the Umrah list. Diyanet registration, quotas and Saudi visa rules refresh by season. What follows is a starting place; we confirm the exact list at +90 531 929 16 34. Do not treat a blog post as a clerk.

We have a separate article for Umrah documents. Hajj guests may read that too; validity periods and photograph rules can be stricter for Hajj.

Items often requested

  • A chipped passport. For Umrah, six months’ validity is often enough; some Hajj seasons ask for longer. The name in the passport is checked against the ID, letter for letter.
  • A copy of both sides of the Turkish ID card.
  • Biometric or ID photographs. Background colour and recency are specified each season; do not send an old studio print “for now”.
  • A vaccination card. Which vaccines are asked, meningitis among them, depends on that year’s circular. District health or the family doctor; keep the card in the document file, not the hold luggage.
  • Agency / organisation registration. Surre is a brand of Elite Tour. TÜRSAB 15285. The registration paper is formed with us and proceeds with your signature.

Deputyship, mahram, under-18s and medical reports are discussed separately. A neighbour’s list may not be yours.

How we proceed

We prefer to walk this by telephone rather than a maze of forms. If a passport detail is written wrongly, visa and ticket carry the same error. If a scan or chip-read is required, we take the step together. We do not freeze screenshots of third-party apps in a blog; the interface changes every year.

There is no Hajj registration or payment on the website. An appointment to complete papers is set by phone.
