Why early?
Good hotel distance and a suitable flight fill quickly in Ramadan and school holidays. An early conversation is for holding your month and room type, before any “pay cash and save” sign. A late guest sometimes finds only a farther hotel or an awkward connection; that does not cancel Umrah, but it changes the rhythm.
Surre does not publish an early-payment percentage on the site. If there is an advantage, it is explained by phone under that day’s conditions. Do not take another agency’s sign as our promise.
Instalments
Interest-free instalments with Albaraka Türk at the cash price are spoken in the call. Do not enter a card on the site; there is no till. Instalments also do not mean “everything is finished” before the visa. Papers and quota move separately.
On a corporate or large family booking, giving the name list early saves the room plan. Names must match the passport.
When should you call?
When your leave is roughly known. Even “perhaps next year” is a note; it is not a binding reservation. The month on the form is the same.
